As a university institution, the partner provides scientific expertise in systems engineering, model theory, and methodological evaluation. It develops evaluation and validation protocols, provides metrics for model quality, and conducts correlative studies on modeling approaches and AI methods. Contributions include algorithmic research, experimental design, publications, as well as the involvement of students and research assistants for prototype implementations and benchmarks. This role ensures methodological validation, reproducibility analyses, and scientifically sound recommendations for the further development of the KIMBA tools.
